English translation according to Altavists's bablefish is - an open operating system does not only have predivide Though I dont really get this joke since I cant find the defenition of "predivide"  |

No, Some words are messed. I knw, i used google translation for my french 
and got some mistakes cuz there was no such word! |

this might help.. the caption at the top translates too An open operating system can mutate already times. With Windows 2000 however there are all services and services from a hand. That thus really saves time and for money. |

i think they are saying that all win 2000 os's are the same so they can sport stuff while linux can have tones of difrent verson b/c poleop can mod them. (the pic starts with a penguan, the linux logo, then is moded, see how it ties in?) |
