EDIT: Hey all... i changed this old thread to Your Favourite Font!!! so post away ur favourite fonts... and if u want to... zip em and post em here... FYI: i have received my MATISSE ITC font from Papatya... so.. that contest is over and the offer of bits is no longer available hey all.... i made this picture using a font on a computer at school 1-2 years ago... but i need it again...since i want a black backround and my scanner makes it have some offwhite dirt pixels...... PS: im using this for webpage... and also i want to make mroe titles.. so if u know what this font is PLEASE POST! and if you upload it... i will give ya some bits..... thx...

ill check into it... my school has TONS AND TONS! i went thru the list one by one... but its posible i missed it... so now i will check for that font name.... Thanks.... Still offer stands if anyone acually has the font file... . ill post if i find it..

omg.... fonts.com has it... 32$$! i tried http://www.1001freefonts.com/fonts/nfonts.htm but it didn;t have it... what a RIP OFF!!

common peeps... ive started to make me new website and i REALLY need to make titles for each page... and i really want to use this font.. if anyone has it.. ill give ya bits... commmon... i searched Matisse and pressed AUTO search more 3 times... Kazaa Lite...<<Good Version 2.43 >> i found 3 results.... they were JPG's of something some person drew.... errrrr.... offer of bits still stands... !!! i dont care WHERE u get it... just GET IT.... look in ur school's FONT folder.... ur home computers font file..... ur friends font folder... online DB's.... anywhere.... PLEASE!..... i will give bits.... more then 29... less then 101 ..... i dont know... it depends on how happy i get..... or maybe i will just do this... put Rand.Int (30,100) and that amount is urs... -shorty

hey, i thought i had the font, after searching my computer i don't. anyways, i think there are better fonts out there. but next time you need help identifying a font try: www.identifont.com it can help you solve the mystery. other fonts to consider: Exotc350 DmBd BT ChocICG Chiller oh and theres always 1001fonts.com which has a variety of free fonts.

thanks papatya... i already looked at 1001freefonts... and they dont got the mattisse one.. out of all the fonts of my school comp (they have over 500) no joke... they dont got it...and while i was looking thru it... i didn;t find any i liked *for my site...as alternatives... Mattisse ITC is a nice font eh? i will take a look at those 3 u posted...

hey all.... i think papatya is the winner... i will have to wait till she comes online to get the font... i will host at shaw then post here.. found something cool in kazaa lite their may not be any resutls for matisse font.. but for kicks .. (since valor said he found it... lying prob... just wanted my bits...) i searched word 'font' and it came up with 2.. 30 MB zip files.. one had 2000 FONTS!!!! MUST DOWNLOAD.. soo many cool fonts.. it was called 2000 Fonts.zip.. the other one.. '1172 fonts' and 'font thing'.zip ^ lots of cool fonts.. and 'The Font Thing' is the BEST BEST FREEWARE program for looking at fonts.. !!!! its sooooooo goood.. u get the folder in ur view.. then ... u press up and down arrow (in the left hand list) to go thru the fonts.. nice nice nice program... its SOOO good.. i found the fonts that was used for Mazer's Evasive Manuevers in there.. and tons and tons of cool ones.. then u press the install button or right click then press install.. and it will AUTOMATICALLY put it in ur FONT folder and register it as a font on ur PC...!!!! ITS THAT EZ!!!! WARNING!.... try running this program without many other appz running first.. having a directory with 2000 fonts with its display mite be slow.. granted i have the sh1tiest Pc in the world... but still... my suggestion.. download both .zip's then extract the 2000 fonts to a folder.. then... put the fonts from 1172 fonts in that same folder and press overwrite all.. .. install the font thing..FREEWARE!!!!! then... u got urself like 2500 fonts...!!!! then install all the oens u like... then delete the folder wehre u put the 2000 and the 1172 fonts into.. ****dont delete ur windows font folder that mite be bad ... also... it shows a tiny icon next to name indicating u already have it installed.. i hope everyone here tries it... its just THAT good... FREE!! i cant belive it !!! its soo good... make a million dollars off a this ... -shorty

HERE IT IS!!!!! Matisse ITC.ttf !!!!!!!!!!!! sorry people... read my next post.. but then again.... i *cough* bought this font*cough* and i am merely backing up my comp onto my servers for archival reasons... so.... ' dont go downloading Matisse off my server for free http://www.members.shaw.ca/rfolz/ ^^^ i like the fact that on shaw servers u can upload ANY kind of file.. i have absolutely NO limitations (only 10MB space) but... everything else makes up for that..

hmmm... ty... good point... stilll 32 $$$ for a FRICKING FONT! thats retarded... its a fricking FONT... ok.....!!! VERY RETARDED.... u can get good full games for that price.... hell... i bet that price was even american... u can get 2 full GOOD games in canada for that amount.. read the post again... i dont think its anything illigal now.. also... i dont need comercial fonts cuz i am not a business... so it would prob be ok anyways..

I used to have QUITE a few cool fonts (I got like a disc with 1000 on them and like 56 of them were cool - plus I downloaded alot from the net) But right now, all I have are my elvish/mordor text ones, and my Sci-Fi ones (not even the good sci-fi ones) When I come back online fully from the crash (reinstalling my HD in my good computer right now while I type from my crappy one) I'll see if I got any of my cool ones left over. If I do, I'll post 'em in a zip here... Bits would be nice, but are not neccessary...I don't want to be taking any bits from people who have like alot less than I.

I will post all the fonts I have!!!!! Even the ones you already have. I have some LOTR fonts, some Harry Potter fonts, some small fonts, some banner fonts, some shit fonts, and a lot of cool fonts... Here they come.. just let me zip them up!

Sure its nice for looking good and design and all that, but when it comes to writing for assignments and stuff, I'd keep to the old fasioned stuff. Nice thread u got here
